About Koda

Koda is a beautiful 2 yr old Dutch Shepherd/ Husky mix who came to ys 6 months ago from another home who had just had a baby and could no longer care for her properly. Unfortunately, her and my other girl dog have not been able to settle their territorial indifferences in this time which has led us to make the hard decision to rehome. She is a wonderful extremely intelligent and work driven pup who would excel in any type of sport, service work, or companionship. Very active and energetic, not for someone without a yard or ability to take out for good exercise everyday. Part husky so very vocal! She seems to do better with male dogs than female but a single animal no kid home is preferable. She has been taking obedience training for 5 weeks now and will continue to do so until we find the right fit for her. She knows sit, stay, down, place, 'ok' release, drop it, leave it, crate. Will come with xl table top crate if needed. She loves belly rubs and all humans she meets. Amazing all around dog!
