Phoebe is a little dog that was dumped on the streets and being chased by coyotes. Thankfully, the neighbor got her to safety, tried to find the owner, but nobody ever came to claim her. Phoebe is fully vetted, female, approx 3 year old, approx 12lb, probably is a maltese/cockapoo mix that is the most delightful dog you will ever meet! She would be great with another playful and good natured dog or she could go into a home where the owners are not gone long hours. She is a little shy at first, but if you give her the patience and love she needs...she will blossom and open up in no time!
