Jake is the kind of dog you can't believe was ever out there on his own�'�| and even harder to believe no one came looking for him. This handsome lab mix is mostly chocolate with a subtle brindle undertone and the cutest four white paws you've ever seen. He's got that classic Lab personality shining through-fun, loving, and always ready for a good time. Jake is: ��ӕ�%8F Crate trained ��ӕ�%8F Potty trained ��ӕ�%8F Walks well on leash ��ӕ�%8F Knows how to shake (and will gladly show you!) He's submissive but still outgoing, making him an easy fit for most homes. He loves people, thrives on attention, and absolutely lives for belly rubs. And water? Game over. Baby pools, sprinklers, toys-if it involves water, Jake is all in. He'll even dive for toys like a little goofball. When he gets excited, he does this adorable bunny hop that's guaranteed to make you laugh. He's also great at entertaining himself with toys, but just as happy to relax nearby and soak up the calm moments. That perfect balance of playful and chill that everyone says they want? That's Jake. Honestly, he's just an easy dog. The kind that fits into your life without turning it upside down. Jake would make a family very, very happy. Adoption Info: All of our animals are fully vetted, which includes spay/ neuter, up to date on vaccines, wormed, heartworm tested and treated if necessary, up to date on flea/tick/heartworm prevention, and microchipped prior to adoption. Our requirements are non-negotiable and include the following: All current pets in the home must be spayed or neutered if over 6 months of age, unless there is a documented medical exemption with veterinary confirmation. All current dogs must be up to date on Rabies and Distemper/Parvo (DHPP) vaccinations. All current dogs must be on consistent, consecutive heartworm prevention. Past dogs listed on the application must also show a consecutive history of heartworm prevention.
