I found Ranger last summer running in a busy road and brought him home to keep him safe. When his owners were located, they told me they didn't want him back, so what started as a temporary rescue became an unexpected adoption. Ranger is about 5-6 years old and has a very calm, gentle temperament, especially for a husky. He's quiet, doesn't bark or howl much, and spends most of his time relaxing near you or enjoying being outside. He gets along well with other dogs and is respectful around cats. He's an easy, low-maintenance companion who just wants a peaceful place to be. This is a difficult decision due to housing restrictions, so I'm looking for a stable, loving home where he'll be safe, cared for, and given time to settle in. Ideally someone who understands dogs and can give him consistency, patience, and regular outdoor time. If I had to describe him in a few words: gentle, quiet, loyal, easygoing, and incredibly sweet.
