About Luna and Nini

Meet Luna & Nini Miami, Florida Luna and Nini are a bonded pair of Chihuahuas, each weighing approximately 6.6 pounds and about 2 years old. They are part of a group of 20 Chihuahuas recently rescued and are now available for adoption-together. These two are deeply attached and rely on one another for comfort and security. They must remain together. They do significantly better as a pair and are almost always side by side. When separated, they become distressed, so our priority is finding a home willing to keep them together. We do not have much background information at this time, but we do know they are sweet and get along with other dogs. Due to their past, they are extremely fearful and will need time to decompress in a calm, patient environment. Requirements: No children - they need a quiet, low-stress home Dog-friendly home Patient and experienced handler preferred A safe, secure fenced yard is strongly preferred (it does not have to be large). These dogs are petrified of collars and leashes, and we do not want to stress them by forcing leash training before they are ready Do not walk on a leash yet - they will need to learn slowly in a secure setting These girls are truly petrified. They need a committed adopter who understands that trust will take time and is willing to help them build confidence together at their own pace.
