About Bernie

Hi, I'm Bernie! I'm a BIG puppy! I am a love bug that will definitely steal your heart the minute you lay eyes on me. I have been working hard to build my confidence. I go on outings to parks and stores, visiting friends' houses, and though a little unsure of some things like automatic doors, I enjoy being exposed to new things and love meeting people. My foster gets compliments from everyone on my manners and how cute I am. I walk well on a leash and sit to meet new people. I really love to snuggle and be with my people, I have a pretty simple life agenda. I will sit at your feet while you're resting just so I can be near and catch any cuddles that might come my way. Yes, I really am a puppy, but I am a bit of an old soul too. I enjoy my crate when it's time for bed and settle right down with a chew toy. Since I am still a pup in training, I love treats and am eager to please. I have been learning easily and quickly because I am very smart. I am looking for a family and home that has room for me both in your home and your heart. I want to keep learning, go on as many adventures as possible, and be your next most loyal and loving companion.
