Dude was my mother's dog and she passed away unexpectedly. He is between 2 and 3 and is not fixed. It is hard to tell his temperament since he spent most of his time alone with her. He is always excitable when people visit. But, she was older and he did not get a lot of exercise or play time. He is nervous around fast-moving children or other animals but he plays well with dogs his size or larger. I don't want to put him to sleep but currently he is staying in her house and I have family members looking after him. He is lonely.
