VIDEO: https://youtu.be/6MuNJQ1IYho MORE DOGS AVAILABLE FOR OHIO. PLEASE CHECK OUR SITE. Meet Bunny, a small soft Shih Tzu mix who is cute, cuddly, and full of sweetness. Bunny is one of a sibling pair with Teddy, and these two have clearly leaned on each other through big changes. Bunny weighs about 7.4 pounds and is about 2 years and 6 months old. Bunny came to Tracy's Paws Rescue after being turned in by an owner to a city shelter. It was an odd situation because Bunny and Teddy were groomed when they arrived, yet they were clearly scared. The best part is that once they realized they were safe, their true personalities started to show. Bunny is very sweet and gets along with everybody. She is happiest when close to people and ready for a home that will offer comfort, routine, and a cool spot inside when the Texas weather does its thing. Bunny is heartworm negative and Chagas negative. Bunny will be spayed, microchipped, up to date on vaccines, given flea and tick prevention, heartworm prevention, and tested for Chagas before adoption. Bunny is located in Hondo, Texas. If you would like to apply for Bunny, you can apply online at tracyspawsrescue.org. Because we are located in Texas, it is important for you to be informed about Chagas Disease in Dogs. It is very more common than heartworm in the southern states. Whether you adopt from TPR or another group, this is good information for you to have.
