Meet Bowie, a spunky, affectionate Chihuahua-mix breed, who is a little gentleman ready to play with you. Standing proud at 14 pounds, this dad has been through a lot and has come out the other side with nothing but kindness to give. He arrived from another shelter with his little family in rough shape, riddled with mange and clearly needing a safe place to heal. Bowie tested positive for heart worm, however, he is currently receiving treatment. Bowie is feeling better now, and you can literally see the good days returning as his coat grows back in. Now that his pups are in good shape, too, Bowie is more than ready to get out, stretch his legs, and enjoy life-play yards, walks, sniffing adventures, and, most of all, a home where he can finally relax for good.
