About Flint

Flint. 2 yr old male Great Dane. Neutered & UTD on vet care, vaccines & preventatives. Good with other dogs, medium sized and larger. Would benefit from a canine companion his size. Good with dog savvy cats. Kids 8+ yrs old because he has not been exposed to younger children. Housebroken and crate trained. Location: Brasstown NC (just over the GA border) Meet Flint! Your daily dose of goofy, gentle giant goodness At approximately 2 years old, this handsome Great Dane is equal parts sweet soul and lovable goofball. Flint has a way of making you laugh without even trying ... whether it's his expressive face, his happy little prance when he sees you, or the way he proudly tosses his squeaky toys into the air like it's his full-time job. Flint thrives on routine and is a quick learner, already mastering commands like sit, shake, bed, and crate. His perfect day starts with a nice morning walk, followed by some backyard playtime with his dog friends, and ends exactly where it should ... sprawled out on the couch with his head in your lap or belly-up, soaking in all the love (and giving his signature full-body lean for pets). He can be a little unsure in new places or when meeting new people, but give him just a minute or two and you'll see his curiosity and his heart shine through. Having another dog around helps boost his confidence, and once he feels comfortable, he's all in. Flint is truly a joy to have around. He's the kind of dog who will make your house feel more like home and your days a whole lot brighter. Whoever gets to call him theirs is in for something really special. Flint is neutered & UTD on vet care, vaccines and preventatives. He is currently being fostered in the Brasstown NC; just over the GA border. We adopt NATIONWIDE but require adopters to travel to the foster home with their current dog/dogs (to ensure they will be friends) to pick up. Out of respect for our foster family's time and privacy, we do NOT arrange meet and greet without an approved application on file.
