About Snootie

Meet Snootie! Snootie is a sweet, lovable little guy who is quickly proving to be the ultimate best friend. With his adorable underbite and full-body wiggles, he has a way of charming everyone he meets. If you are looking for a loyal companion who wants to be by your side, Snootie may be your perfect match. He loves spending time with his people-whether that is lounging around the house, following you from room to room, or curling up in your lap. Snootie has a calm, easygoing side but also enjoys bursts of fun, including backyard zoomies, leisurely walks, and playing with his dog friends. He has a playful, slightly mischievous streak that is just starting to come out as he gets more comfortable. Snootie is crate trained and does best when his crate is in the same room as his people, where he settles in nicely. He appears to be mostly house trained and is continuing to do well with a consistent routine. He walks well on a leash, especially with a harness, and is still getting used to all the exciting sights and sounds of the world. Snootie loves toys and can be a little mouthy during play, like a puppy, but he responds well to redirection and is eager to learn. He has done great with other dogs so far and enjoys their company. He has not yet had much interaction with cats or children, but he has shown no reaction when passing them.
