About Atlas

Meet Atlas! Atlas is a young Maltese-Poodle mix that is about 1 year old with a soft black coat who we found on the side of the road. Our non-profit was able to pick him up and get him groomed and back to health. He's already neutered, microchipped, fully vaccinated, and on monthly flea/tick/heartworm prevention (Simparica Trio). Atlas is already house-trained and crate-trained. Rope toys are his favorite! He is very friendly with people and children. He is good with other dogs but we are unsure how he is with cats as he has never been around them. Atlas is still young and full of that puppy energy, so daily walks and playtime are important! He's curious, playful, and happiest when he's part of a routine. Because of his coat, he does need grooming. He handles grooming and vet visits with no issues! He is easygoing and friendly in new environments. Atlas has had a rough start, but he's a wonderful, well-rounded pup who's ready for a stable, loving home!
