About Nash

Nash is a Basenji-Bull Terrier mix with high energy and an enthusiastic love for life. He absolutely loves to play and thrives on human companionship-people are his favorite! Nash would do best in a home without cats. He is crate trained and housebroken, and he already knows several commands including sit, down, leave it, stay, and come. Very intelligent and eager to learn, Nash would likely excel in activities like agility or other structured training that lets him use both his body and mind. His impressive athletic ability means he can easily clear a 5-foot chain link fence, so a secure yard or supervised outdoor playtime will be important. He's a fun, smart companion looking for an active home to match his energy. The shelter is open Tuesday through Friday from 3:30 PM to 6:30 PM, and on Saturday and Sunday from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
