About Millie

Millie showed up on our porch completely emaciated with wounds all over her body and half of one of her ears chopped off. We have gotten her to gain 6 pounds, she got fluids and antibiotics. Her wounds including her ear are all healed and she will start heartworm treatment soon. She is sweet and loving, has a lot of great energy and is still only about a year old per the vet. She is a Treeing Walker hound by the looks of her and really won't do well in our small city house with our busy city life. She really needs to live a hound dog life, maybe learn to hunt, get to roam a property. If we cannot find a good home for her she will have to go to the humane society.
