About Tootsie

Tootsie is a 2 year old German Shepherd due to be 3 in July. I purchased her when she was almost 9 weeks old in September 2023 She is of Czech German origin with AKC registration. She is spayed and is updated on shots and microchipped. Unfortunately she does have behavioral issues and due to her type of German shepherd line, she possesses a very high drive. I have never seen her attacking a cat in the sense of hurting but she will chase them regardless of how well known they are to her. I would not encourage her to someone who is not experienced with the breed especially of East German lines. She will do best in a fenced in backyard for exercise and she eats Royal Canin Adult German Shepherd. I would advise to be aware of her compulsive tail spinning. She is a very intelligent dog and very eager to please and loves people.
