My neighbor had to give up his apartment and can no longer care for his dog. He asked me to help. I am posting on his behalf. I do not want to see the dog out on the streets, as our local shelters are overrun and not taking animals anytime soon. I do not currently have the dog with me, it is with someone temporarily that has stated that the animal needs to be out immediately.
