About Heathcliff

Male, polydactyl, approximately 29 weeks old. This sweetboy, Heathcliff was rescued this past fall dumped in a parking lot very sick! He was surrendered and we got him fully vetted, vaccinated, neutered, FIV/FELV/HEARTWORM tested, treated for any parasites/fleas/ticks, etc. He is doing extremely well! He does however have some gut issues still. When a cat has been on several antibiotics, etc, afterwards it can take awhile for their gut to line back out, but he is improving daily. Fully litter box trained. Heathcliff will need to be an indoor only cat. He does eat extremely fast and can sometimes choke so we premoisten his food by pouring hot water over his kitten chow, let sit about 3 to 4 minutes before giving it to him. Or you can give him wet food. He is ready for a forever home, but it needs to be an active one.
