About Yuki

We adopted Yuki from the local shelter with no previous history, we took our other dog Link with us and had no issues there with them. When we got home she became more comfortable and territorial with him and our other dog. We have tried to get this to work with her since the beginning of Jan 2026, but it is not fair to her or our 2 current dogs to keep stressing them out. She is deaf which we found out about after we adopted her, so that has made training incredibly hard. She is fearful of new people and really only truly has bonded with myself and my sons who are15&16. She was doing great with my husband and and our daughter (17) until this week (Easter), but has since started barking constantly and being timid. She is an incredibly sweet dog, who just needs a home that will be patient with her while she adapts. But with no other animals. She literally melts when you pet her and love on her, and she loves tennis balls.
