About Buddy

LITTLE GUY, BIG HEART| LET'S GET HIM OUT OF THE KENNEL MEET BUDDY - a petite 1-2 year old sweetheart who's ready for a forever home. He looks to be a cattle/carolina dog mix. Whatver he is, he is so cute! Buddy came into the shelter in March 2026 and is currently waiting at Casa Grande Animal Care & Adoption Center. He's a smaller, medium-sized boy-around 25-30 lbs-making him the perfect size for just about any home. This little guy is super friendly and loves people. He walks nicely on leash, knows 'sit,' and takes treats very gently. Buddy is the kind of dog who just wants to be close-he'll happily soak up pets and might even sneak in a kiss or two. He has shown no reaction to other dogs at the shelter , but if you have a dog at home, please bring them in for a meet and greet to make sure it's a great fit. His behavior around kids and cats is currently unknown. Buddy is such a loving, easygoing boy who doesn't belong in a kennel. He deserves a home where he can be spoiled, loved, and part of a family.
