A sweet concerned neighbor was finally able to rescue Ozzy from his bad situation and got him safely into her home and gave him love. She loves Ozzy but since she had 3 dogs and 7 cats already, she wanted him to go to a loving new home. He's a friendly boy and gets along well with dogs and cats.
