About Shadow

Shadow is a striking male German Shepherd with a thoughtful, gentle nature. He can be a bit shy when meeting new people and situations, but with patience and kindness he begins to show his sweet and loyal personality. Shadow will do best with someone who understands that confidence takes time to grow. A calm home and a patient adopter who can help him feel safe will allow this handsome boy to truly blossom. He can be selective with other dogs, so it's important that any potential canine siblings come to meet him first to make sure it's a good match - but he'd be fine being your one and only. If you're willing to give a shy dog the time and reassurance he needs, Shadow could become an incredibly devoted companion.
