About Lemon

We are fostering Lemon, a sweet, affectionate 40 lb, 1.5 year-old pup who is ready for her forever home. Although she looks like a yellow lab, her DNA test says she is 2/3 golden retriever and 1/3 Miniature Pinscher/Chihuahua. She is full of personality, very playful and will bring you lots of joy. She loves children and all people. She will curl up next to you on the couch and beg for belly rubs. She is also very energetic and loves hunting lizards and running/playing with other dogs (hasn't met any cats). She has been doing very well meeting new dogs. Her most favorite thing to do is play with her squeaky ball and toys, which she tosses around to amuse herself. She will also play fetch with you. She needs an active home where she will get exercise, love and continued training, ideally a fenced in yard. She would do really well having another dog in the home, about her size or a little bigger would be ideal. Lemon is house trained, crate trained, fully vaccinated and spayed.
