��%90��%8FMonica is a 1-year-old Shepherd who was found on the railroad tracks as a puppy neglected and covered in fleas and ticks along with 5 of her sisters. ����(Her sisters, Menush and Monica are still looking for their forever homes.) ��%90%BEShe is confident, affectionate, playful and has an amazing temperament.
