About Rowan

Rowan has been kind to the staff. He takes his time knowing you wont hurt him. Rowan arrived to us as a stray. He was unsure of everything, the kind of boy who stands back and carefully studies the world before deciding where he fits. He still has that shy streak, but it only takes a little bit of patience before his true self peeks through. Once he knows he is safe, he melts right into you. He loves gentle pets, soft voices and staying close to her person. ���� He works hard for treats, which makes training easy and fun. He has a gentle play style and has done well with another dog here at the shelter. He is not chaotic, not rowdy. He would do best with a savvy heeler companion who understands that he is a velcro dog and bonds deeply after he gets to know you. At his core, Rowan is soft and loyal he bonds deeply and loves with his whole heart. He is the kind of dog who changes your life once you let him in. ��%90 microchipped, appropriately vaccinated, neutered and given a 30 day flea/tick preventative.
