She was only 25lbs when she should have been closer to 60lb. She tested heartworm positive and has almost completed heartworm treatment. She is 1.5 years old. She is the sweetest girl. She loves other dogs and needs to be adopted by someone with another dog. Since she is currently undergoing heartworm treatment which requires strict rest she can't play as much as she would like to but she is very playful. Adira is a super affectionate girl who wants nothing more than to be right by your side. She is very social and is immediately best friends with everyone she meets. If you're sitting she melts into your lap ready for pets and attention. She is a dog that will follow you around to make sure she's not missing out on anything. Cooking dinner? She's there! Watching Tv? She's already next to you asking for pets! She's a smart cookie and very food motivated, which makes her eager to learn and a great candidate for training. Adira genuinely wants to please and picks things up quickly. She is crate trained and sleeps through the night but she may sing the song of her people at first to let you know she still exists and would like to be included. (hello, FOMO ��%BD��%BD��%BD��%BD).
