About Forrest

Forrest is a deeply loving, personality-filled dog who is looking for a home where he can truly shine as the only pet. He thrives with people and absolutely adores affection-if you're looking for a cuddly, loyal companion, he is your guy. He loves sleeping in bed, soaking up belly rubs, and giving plenty of kisses. He's also quite the talker and isn't shy about 'telling you' how he feels-his vocal personality is part of his charm. Despite needing to be the only pet in a home, Forrest does very well in structured environments with other dogs. He attends daycare at Woofy Wellness Lodge during the week and consistently does great there. He also boards regularly and has a strong track record of success in those settings. At home, however, he needs a calm, pet-free environment where he doesn't feel the need to compete or guard his space. A few of his favorite things: Peanut butter Kongs and chew bones Car rides with his head out the window Breakfast and dinner (his absolute favorite times of day) Snuggling, belly rubs, and physical closeness Cozy naps (with a little snoring included ���%A4) He has a bit of an 'old man soul'-he enjoys comfort, routine, and being close to his people.
