This sweet senior boy was surrendered to the shelter when his owner became disabled and could no longer care for him. This poor boy was heartbroken after losing the only home he's ever know. Jackie is affectionate and playful and loves meeting new people. His favorite pastime is going for car rides. He also loves a delicious plate of rice and beans with chicken.
