About Aaka

Aaka (ah-kuh) Is a purebred showdog. I've had her since 2021 and due to some difficult circumstances she's less than ideally trained. My family needs to move and it's proving to be very difficult to with her. She's a sweetheart of a dog, even though she's loud and obnoxious at times. I have the papers from the breeder, She's had her surgery. I just want to find a home that will love her better than I can and can train her well with a purpose. I had no prior experience and she needs a set schedule. She is house broken but gets into things, like trash or clothing left out. She's a bit jumpy around loud noises, especially motorcycles. Aaka has been around cats, but she thinks they want her to chase them. She's been around my 2yo but has been separated from them from the most part. She's never bitten anyone unless she felt threatened. She has gotten into fights with other dogs over tennis balls. Aaka has a bald patch on her shoulder from an injury involving an outdoor stove. Aaka loves playing fetch, and she's a VERY good jumper. She's a generally energetic dog, but has her down moments. She's very attentive and curious. Aaka loves tennis balls, kong toys and ropes. Aaka is a working dog, she would thrive best in an environment that can give her a job and reward system. Aaka does know the Sit, Lay, Stay commands but that is about it. Aaka has a microchip, but is not up to date on vaccines. She does not handle human food well at all, and often throws it up. She hasn't been very well trained because of my circumstances this far.
