About Kiko

Kiko was born in July 2021. He is a Dutch-Shepherd Belgian Malinois mix who comes from a line of dogs bred for police work on the East Coast. He is very obedient, eager to please, and crate trained. He is very active, and needs space with a reinforced fence to run around. He takes time to warm up to unfamiliar people and environments, but does well when he has been properly introduced to them. Because his temperament is so eager to please, he does well with direction and has been easy to train. Background: He is a family dog, and has done well with 1 child (infant-to-toddler), and 1 more Belgian Malinois in the home. However, due to his high energy and anxiety, we have exercised caution to not introduce him to more children or other animals.
