Echo is a 9-week-old Mini Aussie Cavapoo with an amazing personality and a very bright future in the right home. We've had her for one week and quickly fell in love with how smart, gentle, and affectionate she is. She has already learned sit and shake, does great in her kennel, and is nearly potty trained. In the week we've had her, she has only had two accidents and will often go to the back door when she needs to go out. She is very intuitive and eager to learn. Echo is wonderful with kids and absolutely loves our 18-month-old son. She gets excited and happy every time she sees him. She also does great with other dogs and has already learned not to bite. Echo was recently diagnosed with Megaesophagus, a congenital condition that requires a dedicated care routine to ensure a good quality of life. She will need: Feeding in a Bailey chair 5-6 small meals per day Remaining upright for 20-30 minutes after each feeding Because of our full-time work schedules and having a young child at home, we are not able to provide the level of care she needs during the day. This has been an incredibly difficult decision, and our only goal is to find her a home where she can truly thrive. Ideal home: Someone who is retired, works from home, or is home most of the day Willing to commit to her feeding and care routine Patient, loving environment Echo is an incredibly special puppy who deserves the right situation. We will provide all medical records and X-rays, and she has received her first round of vaccinations (additional boosters will be needed). If you have experience with special needs dogs or are willing to provide the care she requires, we would love to talk with you.
