At risk of being euthanized since considered a longer-term doggie at the shelter (arrived Feb. 11th) and left here by my human. If it comes to pass, I will be dumped into a black, trash bag, as I didn't matter, disposable, with no one or very few to mourn my passing. I am only about 3 years old, so have so much time yet to live, love to give. I was kind of afraid when I arrived at the shelter, since not a home, so not what I was used to, so lonely here since spend most of my time in my kennel all alone. The volunteers at the shelter have wonderful things to say about me. They say I am as perfect as my former human described me as. They think am even more perfect than described, that I am very sweet, 'special girl'. I met some doggies (girl ones) on leash, was very polite. Please come meet me. Maybe take me home? We can be sweet with each other, with you, I won't be lonely anymore, nor afraid. Come. Human speaking here, please, please, if have the ability to adopt, even foster (different process-which I can explain), Caelan, any of the dogs listed at the shelter on here, many more that aren't listed, come out to Chicago Animal Care and Control, contact this page. These dogs aren't 'just' at risk of being euthanized, tragic on its own, but spend most of their time in their kennels, tragedy upon a tragedy, to be caged up so much. It shows what great dogs they are, that they are able to still continue to be great, even though spend most of their time in their kennels. Please, come out. If want to see other wonderful doggies, besides Caelan, at Chicago Animal Care and Control, who are also in great need of finding a loving home, scroll down and click on, 'Chicago Animal Care and Control' on left-hand side. Come.
