We won't let him down URGENT: FOSTER OR ADOPTER NEEDED FOR POPEYE Popeye was found on the streets of Miami with an electric cord tied around his neck. No dog should ever endure that kind of cruelty�'�| yet here he is, still fighting and still so deserving of love. He is very shy and timid, but gentle. Having limited vision he has shown how resilient he is. Popeye gets along well with other dogs and even cats. He just needs a safe, patient environment where he can finally feel secure and start to trust. ��%8F�This sweet 5-6 year old 30 lb angelic boy has spent his entire life surviving, not living. He deserves to know what it feels like to be safe, warm, and loved. �٪%8F We are urgently looking for: �'ۢ A committed foster who can give him stability and patience. We will cover food and vet bills for a foster home. He's doing great on his heartworm treatment and it's already paid for as well. Please, if you can help-or know someone who can-reach out.
