They've had each other to cling to through all of their short lives. Their story began with heartbreak. They were abandoned as tiny puppies with their siblings and, somehow, these two girls have managed to survive heartbreak after heartbreak side by side. A kind woman took them in and tried to save them. She was promised rescue help�'�| but that help disappeared. And so did their chance. Now they are no longer the little puppies people rush to save. They are 1 year old, and once again, they have nowhere to go. Because of a serious illness in the home, causing an older person to be unsteady on their feet, keeping them is no longer safe, and these sweet girls could soon have nowhere to go. And the thought of what could happen next is devastating. Without our help, they will likely end up in a shelter and be separated. These sisters have been through every part of their short lives side by side. They sleep together. They comfort each other. They are each other's safety, family, and home. If they lose this home�'�| and lose each other too�'�| it will break them. DeDe is a loving, gentle sweetheart who just wants to be close to her people. Demi is incredibly affectionate - the kind of dog who melts into you for comfort and carries her toys around like little treasures. Both girls are sweet, calm, playful, and wonderful with other dogs. They are spayed, vaccinated, and heartworm negative. Please - if you have room in your heart and home, don't let them lose everything. They need a family. They need safety.
