About Chase

Chase is a high energy ball of love. We are rehoming him due to the fact I (Husband) have been forced to travel more for work. My wife has been helping her mother who unfortunately is going through cancer treatment. Chase has been around our two small children and it extremely gentle with them. He will how ever try and give adults hugs and likes to play rough. He has been reactive with other dogs as well. He well never attack another dog he just barks A LOT and comes across as aggressive. He lives with our small older dog and there have never been any issues. He sounds scary but he just wants to play. He knows all commands. (German and english) 'Sit' 'lay down' 'off' 'heel' 'place' among other commands in german that I wont attempt to spell such as 'warning' which will trigger him to bark 'Grab and hold' which will trigger him to bit a toy im holding and or sleeve. SO much potential he just needs ALOT more than he is getting now. He is VERY stubborn as well. Sweet heart but he needs alot of redirection... easily distracted and feels like he chooses when to listen. High food drive. Ideal home would be with someone with some property who can focus completely on him. He is painfully loyal. He would make an amazing compainion and home protector. NOT a cuddle bug at all...So if cuddles are what youre looking for hell most likely just try and wrestle you. I use the command 'pet' and he'll let me pet him but you can tell he just wants to jump and kiss aggressively so bad. He's a nut... a sweet heart but a nut.
