Urgent!!! This scared, 12 month old, boy along with another dog, probably a sibling were dumped in the woods & it took several days to catch them. No animal deserved what was done to them!! Now at East Valley Shelter, but so scared of the environment that now they have been put on the urgent list and if not adopted quickly, they will end up on the euthanasia list!!!
