About Nico

Hi I'm Nico I am a 6-year-old, neutered and UTD on vaccine male dog. I am a poodle mix, and I weigh 25ish lbs. Not a lot is known about my first 5 years. I was heart worm positive and had no record of being to a vet at all. I am now 8 weeks past the heartworm treatment and doing well. I am house trained, and I am not destructive at all. I jump in the tub for a bath, and I love to have my ears cleaned. I'm tolerant of grooming. Vacuums and hair dryers don't phase me. My tummy gets upset at times because I like to eat things I'm not supposed to on walks (grass, dirt, berries) so you have to keep an eye on me and I'm on a special diet. I get nervous at times but I love to cuddle. I tolerate a crate but would prefer sleeping in the bed with you or under it. I need to be with someone who's patient and willing to teach me social skills.
