Cincinnati, Ohio. 6.5 Y/O FEMALE GSD (DOB: 10/15/19). Her name is 'Zara'. Background: Zara has been with her current Shepherd parent since she was a puppy after being purchased from a breeder. She has had training in the past and was previously well-socialized. UTD on shots WITHOUT record. Fixed. Good with kids (see notes below). Good with dogs (see notes below). NOT Good with cats. House trained. Crate trained. Any known medical issues?: None known. Abuse/Neglect/Trauma History?: None reported. ENERGY LEVEL: High. PREY DRIVE LEVEL: Low. Weighs 70 lbs. Currently on 4Health Lamb & Rice food. Good with car rides?: Yes. Socialized with: *people?: Previously yes, currently no. *dogs?: Previously yes, currently no. Good with meeting new people? (ALWAYS USE PROPER INTRODUCTION!): Yes - historically she has done well, but she has not been socialized recently and will need slow reintroduction. Loves: Balls, cuddling, walks, chilling on the couch, playing with kids, fetch, sleeping in bed with her person, being near her person, and squeaky toys. *Intelligent and knows Basic Commands?: This breed is super intelligent. Zara has had professional training through a K9 Pet Training Program. *Good Recall? (ALWAYS RETRAIN BEFORE ALLOWING OFF LEASH): Yes. *Good on a Leash?: Yes. *Lovable?: This breed is super lovable once they claim you as their person/family. *Eager and fast learner?: This breed is super fast learners when they are being committed to and worked with. Bite History?: Yes - minor incident. Zara snapped at the vet and broke skin slightly. �s%A0 Additional Notes: Zara was previously well-socialized and did well with kids and dogs, but has been mostly isolated at home recently, so she will need gradual re-socialization to rebuild confidence and comfort.
