About Thea von Tengen

Thea von Tengen is a beautiful 2 year old smaller sized German Shepherd mix with a big personality. Our guess would be that she is part Malinois tempered by some German Shepherd. Thea is so smart, she wants a challenge or job, but also super loving and engaging and focused on her person. She loves people with all her heart, snuggling under your arm at any opportunity. If you give her some affection she gets so excited, it takes a bit to settle her back down. Thea needs a confident owner who enjoys training. We love seeing her focus and how she wants to do what you ask. She walks well with other dogs, doing best with a gentle introduction, and mingles well in off-leash playgroups but might do best as your one-and-only dog as she prefers to have her people to herself. (She has passed cat testing.) Graceful and athletic, Thea would be such a rewarding dog for a runner or someone active who loves a smart and engaging dog who will wrap herself around you - physically and emotionally!
