Meet Ruger ���%A4 Ruger is a 2-year-old French Bulldog with a personality just as unique as his adorable little strut. This handsome guy may take a minute to size up new dog friends, but once he's comfortable, he's all about playtime and having a buddy by his side. That said-puppies aren't really his thing, and he'd prefer a more mature canine companion who matches his vibe. Ruger came to us without much structure, but he's been working hard and has made great progress. He's about 90% potty trained and continues to improve with consistency and routine. He's already left a lot of his old habits behind and is really trying to be his best self. One thing you'll notice right away is Ruger's unique walk-it gives him a little extra character and charm. At this time, it doesn't slow him down or impact his daily life in any way. He runs, plays, and enjoys life just like any other dog! We do want to be transparent that his movement is a bit different, and while it may simply be part of what makes Ruger, Ruger, there's a possibility it could be related to a neurological or structural quirk. Right now, he's comfortable, happy, and thriving, and that's what matters most. His future may include keeping an eye on things, but he's not letting it define him one bit. Ruger's dream home? A laid-back, cozy environment with humans who love a good couch cuddle and a dog-friendly companion to hang with. He's the perfect match for someone who appreciates a chill, loyal sidekick with a little bit of quirk.
