Duke's owner died recently and he is in need of a loving new owner because he previous owner loved him dearly. He is in need of some outdoor space, Duke loves to run and protect the home. He is a very effective guard dog while he is behind a door or fence. Inside, he is very loving and playful He has never been around small children so unsure how he would respond. He was introduced to a very small chihuahua and took to her very well and kind natured. He is a great dog, may need some manors training due to his previous owner feeding him from the table during dinner. Duke was on a very consistent feeding schedule. At 9am and at 5pm he was given 2 cups of north 40 wilderness dog food. He had a treat once or twice a day from family visiting.
