About Chico

Hello everyone! My name is Chico and I am a Cairn Terrier mix and I am 1 year old. As I am still young and didn't have training in my previous home, I do still have puppy mannerisms in certain cases but I am very intelligent and have been working on breaking these habits daily! I am very friendly with other dogs, kids, and all people I absolutely love to be in your lap or getting belly rubs. I am not vetted YET but am in the process of being completely vetted; I am very healthy otherwise and have been settling into my environment well. I have been taken to the groomers once already and did wonderfully, I loved having a spa day! I have been kept outdoors my entire life, so patience in transitioning me indoors will be necessary as it is a new thing for me, but I absolutely want to be inside with my person! I am still learning how to play with toys and be a normal pup, but I would absolutely love to do so while being in a warm and loving home with a family who will treat me like a family member! I have the utmost potential to be an incredible addition to any family who is willing to give me my second chance that I deserve; I really hope you will consider coming to meet me and possibly taking me to my new home! I am young and full of life, I am looking for a loving family who will include me in all their awesome adventures and show me what life is really about!
