Meet Frank the Tank ��%90%BE At 14 years young, this 10 lb mini dachshund is proof that age is just a number. Frank is a total lovebug who's mastered the art of being the perfect companion. He gets along great with dogs of all sizes, enjoys people of all kinds, and does well with respectful kids. He's potty trained, crate trained, walks nicely on a leash, and-bonus-he's your shadow 24/7. He's dedicated and affectionate�'�| a rare combo ;). Don't let his age fool you-Frank still gets the zoomies and genuinely enjoys life. He's happy, content, and just looking for a soft place to land (preferably a very cozy bed). Now let's be real for a second-he is a dachshund, so we need a home that understands the breed. That means being mindful of his back. Dachshunds are prone to Intervertebral Disc Disease (IVDD), so no jumping on or off furniture. Ramps, steps, and a little awareness go a long way in keeping him feeling good. What Frank wants is simple: A calm home, a soft bed, and a person who's around more often than not. Someone who appreciates a slower pace, a loyal shadow, and the occasional burst of zoomies. Frank the Tank is waiting. ���%A4 ��%90%BE Adoption Info: All of our animals are fully vetted, which includes spay/ neuter, up to date on vaccines, wormed, heartworm tested and treated if necessary, up to date on flea/tick/heartworm prevention, and microchipped prior to adoption. Our requirements are non-negotiable and include the following: All current pets in the home must be spayed or neutered if over 6 months of age, unless there is a documented medical exemption with veterinary confirmation. All current dogs must be up to date on Rabies and Distemper/Parvo (DHPP) vaccinations. All current dogs must be on consistent, consecutive heartworm prevention. Past dogs listed on the application must also show a consecutive history of heartworm prevention.
