About George

George is a handsome little survivor with a big, friendly heart-and we suspect his story is one we see far too often. Based on the timing of when he was dumped, George was most likely purchased as an Easter 'gift' and later abandoned outside when the novelty wore off. His foster spent all summer patiently working to bring him to safety. Once he was secure, we discovered a large abscess on his back that needed veterinary care. George has since received the care he needed and has come a long way. While George can be shy at first, it doesn't take long for this sweet boy to show his true self: social, curious, and eager to be part of whatever you're doing. He's also already litter box trained, which is always a bonus.
