MEET ROCCO (A043502) - YOUNG, SWEET & READY FOR HIS FOREVER HOME Meet Rocco (A043502), a handsome young boy around 1 year old who came into the shelter with his friend Willow. He has been patiently waiting for a home since March 2026, hoping someone will finally see just how special he is. Rocco is truly a sweetheart. His fur feels like velvet-so soft-and he absolutely loves getting pets and attention. He walks nicely on leash, knows 'sit,' and takes his treats very gently. Being so young, he still has that playful, eager-to-please personality, but he's already such a well-mannered and loving boy. Since Rocco came in with another dog, we know he's been around other dogs, but if you have a dog at home, a meet and greet is always recommended to ensure a good match. His behavior around kids and cats is currently unknown. Rocco is waiting at a smaller, rural shelter where dogs often don't get much exposure or foot traffic. Because of this, amazing dogs like him can easily be overlooked-but he deserves so much more than a kennel. He deserves a home, a family, and a life full of love.
