About Moon

Moon is truly a special guy. He was living outside for years, being fed by some kind people but in desperate need of some medical attention and TLC. I was able to catch him and get him medical care. Moon likes to roam the house, get pats, sit in the sink, eat his meals, follow you around, play with a wand toy and lay down in a nice patch of sunlight. He is a social guy who loves to be near his people. Moon will grumble to say hi to you but also when he is annoyed (cue vet visits), he has such a funny, weird, and very endearing personality. After such a hard life Moon deserves a forever home, could it be you? Moon's ideal home -Peaceful, low traffic home -Moon needs to be the only cat in the home -Moon can coexist with a calm and respectful dog -No kids as Moon has boundaries -Needs to be indoor only -An experienced cat adopter who can respect Moon's boundaries but give him the love he deserves Medical: -Around 6 years old -Is FIV + ... indoor only -Moon is neutered, had dental surgery, and is up to date on rabies and FVRCP -Has a grade 2 heart murmur (He has NOT had an echocardiogram done yet, but it was recommended by his veterinarian, and it is definitely a good option to rule out heart issues that may need medication)
