About Daffodil

Daffodil the Catahoula's Story Daffodil is a sweet approximately 2-year-old Catahoula Leopard dog who recently made the long trip to WI along with her litter of puppies. She has a beautiful Merle coat, warm brown eyes, and a friendly, gentle personality that quickly wins people over. Despite having a litter to care for, Daffodil has remained affectionate and people-focused, happily greeting everyone she meets with a wagging tail and a soft smile. Now that her puppies are growing and preparing for their own homes, Daffodil is ready for a second chance at a life of her own. She enjoys attention from people and seems to have a calm, easygoing demeanor. She would likely do well in a variety of homes, whether that's with a family looking for a loyal companion or someone simply wanting a loving dog to share their daily life. Daffodil is spayed, up to date on vaccinations, dewormed, and microchipped, and she will come with her veterinary records as well as an interstate health certificate from a veterinarian confirming she is healthy for travel. Her adoption fee is $500, which helps support the many animals in our care whose medical needs far exceed their adoption fees.
