About Andretti

Meet Andretti (or Andi). Just turned a year old. His mother was a purebred Malinois, his father a purebred white German Shepherd. He is just under a year old. He needs a strong owner with experience with the Malinois breed. He is very loving, curious, energetic and highly intelligent. He learns very quickly, but will want to move on to the next new game, training session, or learning experience. Once he gets it, he gets it. He knows the Commands of Place, Sit, Lay Down, Bed and Come. He loves to run, fetch (needs work on release), and chew elk antlers, and marrow bones from the butcher. He warms up to new people very quickly. He does get very excited when someone comes to visit, but settles pretty quickly. He is a mischievous 'chap' and loves to play games and be around people; especially 'His People. His demeanor is very sweet and laid back when playtime is done.He loves his cuddles and walks. He has not slept in a crate since he was 6 months old. He loves his bed. Once he goes to bed for the night, he doesn't get up and roam around. He has never chewed furniture or destroyed anything inside the house. BUT he is a puppy!!! He can be very SASSY, as in talking back, like teenagers do when they don't want to do what you're telling them. He is an incredible dog, a magnificent pet, and a loving companion.
