Found an Oxnard Sunday. Scared and been running all day. The VCAS Camarillo Shelter said she was a border collie mix.54 lbs, two years old. She's available for adoption on March 28. Not much else's known at this time. Except that she needs a good home. Currently there are no adoption fees at the Ventura County Animal shelter due to overcrowding. Fostering would also be appreciated through the shelter if adoption is not possible. 600 Aviation Way, Camarillo, CA
