About Kaiser

Kaiser is 18 months old, he is a lab x basset mix. He and his sister were owned by a disabled gentleman that left them outside 24/7. He is very sweet but understandably a bit shy with new people. Kaiser is working on learning all kinds of new skills like walking on a leash. He is great with other dogs and people of all ages. We don't know his thoughts on cats.
