Bear has been in my home for little over a year. I rescued him from a neglect situation. I can no longer provide the time and home he needs. My older dog is fighting with Bear. Bear gets along with neighbor dogs. I have not taken him to dog parks. I can not afford to care for him due to my situation changing.
